Fatboy Slim @ the Docks Nov.10,2004

Fatboy Slim, originally slated to be at the Toronto Film Studios, moved to The Docks. Opening up was Felix and Gani. Not too bad, but didn't really get the place moving. Maybe it was intentional to make FBS come on that much stronger? Norman Cook really knows how to work the crowd. As you can see by the pics, he interacts with the crowd well. He had some technical difficulties, decks that kept skipping. I think it was the set up on the floor, and being so close to the speakers that messed stuff up. Any time he started dancing a little, the record would skip. Great crowd, everyone was really diggin' the Fat man. He starting of the set with Twisted Nerve with was recently in Kill Bill Vol. 1, other tracks included a remix of The Bangles' Walk Like An Egyptian, Star 69, Ch-Check it out remix, a good Slash Dot remix, Tom Neville - Just Fuck, and closed up with Jimmy Hendrix "Cross Town Traffic"
Good times for all...
